INSTRUCTION FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION FORM-2023
Fellow Programme in Management (Residential/Non-residential) 2023
Eligibility Criteria for FPM (Residential)/FPM (Non-Residential) 2023
- A master’s degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average recognized by AICTE /AIU with a Bachelor’s degree / equivalent qualification after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2)
- Five year integrated Masters Degree Programme in any discipline with at least 60% marks, obtained after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2)
- A minimum of 50% marks in 10th, 12th, and Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent CGPA
For FPM (Non-Residential), minimum age of 35 years and a minimum of 10 years of managerial work experience preferable at senior level is required as on the last date of application.Those appearing for their final examinations in the respective disciplines can also apply. Candidates have to complete the requirement for the course before June 30, 2023 and produce original certificate /mark sheets by September 30, 2023 failing which they may be asked to withdraw from the programme.
Selection Process
Candidates are required to apply through Standard Tests like CAT/GMAT/GRE/ UGC-JRF, scores valid as last date of application.
The shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview on 16th and 17th June 2023 to MDI Campus, Gurgaon.
Note: For full-time two-year PGP alumni from MDI, IIMs, XLRI & FMS standard test scores may be waived.

- THOROUGHLY READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW, BEFORE YOU START FILLING THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM. Please note that the MDI application form is the only source of information about your personal details, academic background and admission related matters. Your failure to provide fully and accurately the information asked for in the application form can prove to be disadvantageous to you. It is therefore advisable that you carefully fill out online application form to ensure that you do not miss out/make mistake in any field applicable to you.
- DO NOT DISCLOSE YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD THAT YOU HAVE CREATED.
- PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE A VALID E-MAIL ID.
- FILL ALL THE INFORMATION ASKED BY YOU IN THE ONLINE APPLICATION.
- Online link will be available till June 10th, 2023 up to 5:00 PM.
- PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Payment can be made directly Online Only Through Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking.

The application form Fees is as under:
Rs. 3000/- (incl. of 18% GST)
When you submit the payment transaction, please take care of following points:
>The server will take about 1 to 5 seconds to process, but it might take longer at certain times
>Please do not press “Submit” button once again or “Back” or “Refresh” buttons till payment is made
>Please do not browse Back or Forward while your payment is processing
>Please do not “Close” the page while your payment is processing.
Note:
- Once you have made Online Payment, No Changes will be allowed in application Form you have filled. Therefore, please recheck the application once, before making Online Payment.
- After making direct online payment (by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet banking), if STATUS in "MDI Online Application Receipt" shows as "Payment Pending" contact 0124-4560010 or e-mail at fpm-office@mdi.ac.in immediately. Please do not make further payments till issues resolved by MDI.
Instructions for filling up the Application Form:
- The form should be completed in all respects.
- Incomplete/Incorrect application forms will not be considered.
- The last date for filling up the form at MDI, Gurgaon is June 10th, 2023 up to 5:00 PM.
